Oats are a traditionally used galactagogue, rich in iron and fibre, nutritional yeast rich in protein, freshly ground flaxseeds for omega-3 fatty acids and fibre, cinnamon for natural sweetness and blood glucose regulation, tahini for monounsaturated fats and calcium, and antioxidant rich dark chocolate.

Ingredients: Tahini (sesame) (25%), maple syrup (25%), rolled oats (22%), dark chocolate (8%), wholemeal spelt flour (wheat) (7%), dates, ground flaxseeds, nutritional yeast, vanilla extract, ceylon cinnamon, salt. Contains oats, sesame, wheat, gluten.
