Broccoli Tots AKA Hulk Nuggets Recipe


Ingredients 
3 broccoli heads, cooked
4 potatoes, cooked
120g bread crumbs
150g tasty cheese, shredded
2 eggs, whisked

Method

In a food processor, blitz up the cooked broccoli and potato.
In a bowl, mix veggies with breadcrumbs, cheese and eggs.
Mould into tot shapes and place on lined baking try.
Bake in oven at 200 for 20 mins until golden.
