Who are our bundles for and who can order them?

While we started the business to support women during their postpartum period by providing a postpartum meal delivery service, our meals are truly nourishing for everyone. Our meals are great for mums, dads, families, those in convalescence, people who just need some help or support that week, people who love good food, pregnant people, anyone deserving of a delicious bundle of meals. Our meals/bundles can be ordered as a gift, or for yourself. Our bundles are intended for sharing. Add-ons can be included to increase the size of the curated bundles or you can build-your-own bundle from the individual items.

Can I include a gift message with my order?

You can include a gift message for our meal delivery service.
You can add a Gift Note from the main products page. This will be printed and sent with the bundle to your recipient.

Sensitive bundles and orders

Our meal bundles are for everyone, not just new mums. These are a helpful gift for those who have suffered a loss, are experiencing grief, in convalescence - and many other situations. If you would like us to be sensitive in our notes and delivery - please just send us a note to let us know the circumstances.

Can anyone eat the lactation cookies?

Yes, they sure can. Mums, dads, friends, grandmas, toddlers, they will not make you spontaneously lactate! Our husbands can’t get enough of those delicious cookies!

What is our philosophy?

We believe the postpartum period, AKA the 4th trimester, is a time for mum and bub to be bonding with as little stress as possible. It is also a crucial time for nutritional replenishment and physical healing. Our bundles are created with this in mind. Our recipes and ingredients are nutritionist-approved, made using whole foods, cooked to perfection, prepared in small batches.

Where do we source our produce?

We endeavour to use produce and products from sustainable and ethical businesses. We source grass fed, free range meat products. We use high quality dry goods in all our recipes.

What packaging do we use?

Each bundle is packed in a recyclable box and wrapped in compostable or recyclable insulation. The ice pack included in the box can be used again (and again). Our trays and cardboard sleeves are completely recyclable. Our plastic pots are also recyclable.

Can I include multiple bundles in one order?

Each order should only include one bundle, as this will allow you to add a personalised message, specific add ons and delivery details.

Can I Build My Own Bundle?

Yes! You can either select one of our signature curated bundles (and add other items if you wish), or you can build your own bundle. There is a minimum order amount of $120. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout.

How do gift vouchers work?

Our digital gift vouchers allow you to send the gift of a bundle, at a time that suits your gift recipient. After purchase, you will receive an email copy of the gift voucher to your own email address, which you can then send on to your gift recipient at your chosen moment or special date. The gift voucher will contain a unique code that they can enter at checkout when placing an order. You can add your gift message when you forward the email or print the voucher. Gift vouchers can be used for our meal delivery service only.

Do we cater for dietary requirements?

We provide gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and soy free options. Our bundles are prepared in a commercial kitchen where common allergens such as wheat, gluten, dairy, nuts, seeds, seafood and soy are used. You can view the full ingredients list on each product page.

Is the Meat used in your meals Halal?
