Terms & Conditions – The Whole Bowl Co.

1. Overview

This website is operated by The Whole Bowl Co Pty Ltd (ABN 24 649 301 128).
Throughout this document “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Whole Bowl Co.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below and to any linked policies such as our Privacy Policy.
Please read them carefully before ordering.


2. Online Store Use

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to buy from us.
You agree not to use our site for anything illegal or to harm the site or other users.
We can refuse service or cancel orders at any time if something doesn’t look right (for example, suspected fraud or reselling).


3. Products & Pricing

All meals are made in Australia by qualified third-party manufacturers who meet strict food-safety standards.
Products are subject to availability and may change or sell out without notice.
Prices are in AUD and can change at any time.
Images on our website are for illustration only – portion sizes and packaging may vary slightly.


4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

We partner with Be Cool Couriers, a specialist cold-chain logistics provider delivering to most Australian postcodes.
To check if we deliver to you, please use the postcode checker on our website.

Dispatch & Delivery Windows
Orders close 6 pm Wednesday and 3 pm Sunday for delivery roughly 3–5 days later.
Exact delivery schedules for each region are listed in our FAQs.
You can select your delivery date at checkout; however, delivery days may occasionally change due to factors beyond our control (weather, freight delays, public holidays). We’ll always let you know if this happens.

Delivery Address & Authority to Leave
We deliver only to physical street addresses – no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
All orders are sent with Authority to Leave if there’s a safe place to do so.
Please provide clear delivery instructions at checkout. If there’s no safe place, please arrange for someone to receive the order.


5. Liability for Third-Party Couriers

Once your order leaves our facility, it travels via Be Cool Couriers’ frozen network.
We’ll keep you updated with delivery notifications and proof of delivery photos.
We’ll always help liaise with the courier if something goes wrong, but once the parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the goods passes to you.
We’re not liable for losses caused by courier delays, missed deliveries, or melted/defrosted goods resulting from factors outside our control.


6. Refunds & Replacements (including Damaged Items)

We put a lot of care into making sure you love your meals.
If something’s not right, please email hello@thewholebowlco.com.au as soon as possible.

Damaged or Defective Deliveries
Please check your bundle on arrival and contact us within 12 hours if meals are damaged, incorrect or defrosted.
Include photos showing the issue so we can assess what happened.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer either a refund or a credit.
Because of freight costs, we don’t usually send single-meal replacements, but if your whole bundle is affected we may arrange a replacement.

Change of Mind
Because our products are frozen and perishable, we can’t accept returns or refunds if you change your mind.
If you made an error in your order or gifted meals to the wrong address, contact us – we’ll do our best to help where possible.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not refundable.


7. Accuracy of Information & Billing

Please double-check your delivery details before checkout.
We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
You agree to provide current and complete contact and payment information so we can fulfil your order.


8. Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

From time to time we may offer links to third-party tools or sites (e.g. couriers, payment gateways).
They operate under their own terms – please read those before using them.
We’re not responsible for external websites or services.


9. User Comments & Feedback

If you send us feedback, photos, reviews or ideas, you agree we may use them in our marketing (for example, on social media) without needing further permission.
We always appreciate constructive and respectful communication.


10. Errors & Omissions

Despite our best efforts, occasionally product details or prices may be incorrect.
We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel or refund orders placed on incorrect information.


11. Prohibited Uses

Please don’t use our website for anything unlawful, defamatory, or that could damage our systems or reputation.


12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We work hard to ensure our site and service run smoothly, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Whole Bowl Co and its team aren’t liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from use of our products or services except as required under Australian Consumer Law.


13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Whole Bowl Co from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.


14. Severability & Termination

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
Either of us can terminate this agreement at any time by stopping the use or supply of our services.


15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes take effect once posted on this page.
By continuing to use our website or place orders after updates, you accept the revised terms.


17. BLACK FRIDAY SALE TERMS

1. Offer details
Our Black Friday Sale offers 20% off sitewide on all eligible products with a minimum spend of $150 in a single transaction.
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and are valid during the advertised promotional period only.

2. Exclusions
Gift vouchers are excluded from all Black Friday discounts.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discount codes, promotions, or affiliate offers.

3. Availability & stock
All sale items are subject to availability while stocks last.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change any promotion at any time without notice.

4. Delivery during sale period
During high-volume sale periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
Please refer to your order confirmation email and tracking link for delivery updates.

5. Returns & exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (frozen meals), we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thewholebowlco.com.au within 12 hours of delivery, including photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. General
By purchasing during the Black Friday Sale, you agree to these specific terms in addition to our standard Terms of Service.
