6. Refunds & Replacements (including Damaged Items)
We put a lot of care into making sure you love your meals.
If something’s not right, please email hello@thewholebowlco.com.au as soon as possible.
Damaged or Defective Deliveries
Please check your bundle on arrival and contact us within 12 hours if meals are damaged, incorrect or defrosted.
Include photos showing the issue so we can assess what happened.
Depending on the situation, we’ll offer either a refund or a credit.
Because of freight costs, we don’t usually send single-meal replacements, but if your whole bundle is affected we may arrange a replacement.
Change of Mind
Because our products are frozen and perishable, we can’t accept returns or refunds if you change your mind.
If you made an error in your order or gifted meals to the wrong address, contact us – we’ll do our best to help where possible.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not refundable.
