Reformulation of excipients, now without microcrystalline cellulose, now suitable for individuals with pine allergies
Only two added excipients, calcium hydrogen phosphate and medium-chain triglycerides, in a pullulan capsule
Due to the MCT oil in the excipients, the colour of the product can appear dark or black
This potential discolouration does not affect the quality of the product

Dosage

2 capsules daily with food
For best results, treatment is recommended to start 3 months prior to conception

Warnings

Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
When taken in excess of 3000 µg retinol equivalents (RE), vitamin A can cause birth defects
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg RE for women and 900 µg RE for men
Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses, a daily dose of 150 µg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
