Ingredients: Organic Dates (35%), Organic Rolled Oats (18%) (Contains Gluten), Sunflower Kernels (17%), Dark Cocoa Powder (8%), Coconut Oil, Maple Syrup, Organic Coconut, Peppermint Oil.
