🫐 VANILLA MAPLE CHIA PUDDING 🍓
½ cup (125ml) milk (we used organic soy milk - oh so creamy!)
½ cup water
27g chia seeds
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 teaspoons maple syrup
Top with fresh fruit, stewed fruit, nuts, seeds, yoghurt or granola.
Makes 1 serve. Multiply as needed.
Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar and whisk or vigorously shake to combine. Leave in fridge to set for 2+ hours.
