Get these easy overnight oats in your life 💫
Delicious & nutritious. Great brekky for mum, dad and the kids.
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup milk of choice or water
1 tbsp almond or peanut butter (optional)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
1/3 cup frozen or fresh berries (or whatever fruit you have - stewed or grated apples, sliced banana, stone fruit in summer)
Sprinkle of pumpkin seeds (or any nuts/seeds you have for extra boost of nutrition)
Makes 1 serve
Mix oats, chia and cinnamon in a jar. Add the milk (or water), nut butter, maple & mix well to ensure the seeds aren’t clumped anywhere. Scatter fruit, nuts or seeds on top. Put the lid on and pop into the fridge overnight.
