400g Sourdough Pasta Shells

Ingredients: certified sustainable stoneground durum wheat flour, certified sustainable whole-wheat flour, sourdough starter.

Australian made dried sourdough pasta made from Australian flour that is ASP certified sustainable. Its flavour could be described as sweet and nutty, it has a beautiful depth of flavour that comes from the wholegrain.

Made from a blend of
- Sustainable Durum Wheat Flour
- Sustainable Stoneground Wholewheat Flour
- with a sourdough starter added.

The pasta is long-fermented which improves the digestibility and nutrient availability. Sourdough Pasta is nutrient dense a good source of protein and dietary fibre.

It is slow dried over 16hrs and bronze extruded so pasta sauces will hold well.

Storage Instructions: in an airtight container in the fridge to maintain optimum freshness. Certified home compostable packaging & commercially compostable so that it can be returned to nature after use.

Can I include a gift message with my order? You can add a Gift Note from the main products page. This will be printed and sent with the bundle to your recipient. This is only available for meal deliveries, not our other products.
