Crumpets by Merna are small batch, locally made sourdough crumpets, created using the best local ingredients.

The crumpets are sold frozen as they are all natural with no preservatives. They can be toasted from frozen, meaning no wastage. They last 2 days refrigerated.

These Traditional Buttermilk Crumpets are made using Pepe Saya buttermilk. They can be served simply with butter and honey, or made into a beautiful sweet or savory seasonal dish.
Ingredients: wholemeal flour, wholewheat flour, Pepe Saya buttermilk, milk, water, yeast, sugar, salt, sodium bicarbonate.
