300g Silken Tofu

120g Dark Chocolate (melted)

1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 teaspoons pure Maple Syrup

(you will need 5 or 6 x ramekins or pots with lids to store in the fridge)
This makes around 6 servings! It’s very rich so you don’t need much. 

Simply blend all the ingredients until smooth and aerated. Just a minute or two. Taste and add a little more sweetness if you like. Pour into a bowl or smaller ramekins. Add toppings of your choice (here we used goji berries and coconut). Leave to set in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve cold and ENJOY 🍫
