We've all tried the popular (and oh so delicious) Date Bark by now. The latest recipe-trend I'm seeing everywhere is Yoghurt Bark. 

Here is a protein-charged version but you can also make it without the protein powder if you prefer. Either way is YUM!

RECIPE: Frozen Yoghurt Bark - another wholesome snack to try!

  • Ingredients:
    • 1.5 Cups Natural Plain Yoghurt or Greek Yoghurt
    • Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup. Just taste and adjust before you freeze.
    • Toppings of choice: chopped fruit, nuts and seeds, drizzle with melted chocolate, nut butter, cinnamon, etc. Shown here we used (above) blueberries, shredded coconut and pumpkin seeds, (below) banana, peanut butter, hemp seeds and cinnamon.

    Method:
    • Mix yoghurt and honey or maple if using
    • Spread mix over baking paper lined tray
    • Add toppings of choice
    • Put in the freezer for a couple of hours
    • Chop and store in the freezer
