1 block firm tofu
3 tsp cornflour
3 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tbsp soy sauce (GF if needed)
1 tbsp vege stock powder @sanelk is delish in this
1 tbsp chilli sauce @westmonts chilli juice 🤌🏻
Press the tofu for 20 mins, cut into cubes.
Whisk the marinade together.
Toss the tofu until coated well
Lay on paper on baking tray
Bake at 200°C for 30 mins, flip half way.
Yummy with noodles, rice, salad or on it’s own 👏
