Grass-fed beef mince in a deep tomato base, with sweet potato and carrot melted right in for a natural, rounded sweetness (and a quiet extra hit of veg you won’t have to think about). Under the flavour, it’s built on real ingredients: grass-fed beef, a tomato base, sweet potato, carrot, onion and celery, finished with extra virgin olive oil. Nothing you wouldn’t use in your own kitchen.
Two serves, enough for tonight and tomorrow, or for one of you to eat while the other holds the baby. Ready in 10 minutes. Spoon it over pasta, mashed potato or a slice of warm sourdough, and dinner’s handled.
