Our Vegetable Lasagne:

• Eggplant, zucchini and olives, slowly cooked in a rich and juicy tomato sauce, until they almost melt away. Our ragu sauce includes our favourite San Elk vegetable stock and our secret ingredients - tamari, red wine vinegar and bay leaves
• We use egg free pasta sheets that are free from colours or preservatives. Why do they look so white? Because they don't have any artificial colours added like many others do.
• Our cheese mix is made from fresh ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and milk (top secret ratio). This cheesy goodness is layered between the veg sauce and on top to go golden and crunchy whilst also smooth and creamy underneath.
