    Our Slow Cooked Veg Ragu:
    • Eggplant, zucchini and olives, slowly cooked in a rich and juicy tomato sauce, until they almost melt away.
    • Our ragu sauce includes our favourite San Elk vegetable stock and our secret ingredients - tamari, red wine vinegar and bay leaves.
    Benefits:
