Summer Smoothie Bowl Recipe
Another hot day in Sydney calls for something refreshing! Save this one for a yummy breakfast option x
Smoothie Bowl Base:
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 banana
2-3 frozen cauliflower florets (that's right - we promise you won't even know it's there!)
1 tbsp chia or flax seeds
2 tbsp protein powder (optional)
A handful of frozen berries
Blend to a smooth thick consistency, add more milk if you need.
Toppings: fruit, granola, nuts, seeds yoghurt
