The pasture raised beef used in our ragu is a rich source of iron. Dietary intake of iron-containing-foods is crucial for reducing the risk of postpartum anaemia and for supporting energy production. Beef is also rich in zinc, necessary for optimal immune function, tissue healing and repair. As a rich source of protein, it provides sustained energy, satiety, blood glucose regulation, and also supports hormone production and tissue regeneration.
